Well first of all this is the first season that I have ever played DA ... how I found out about it was by a guy named mortus pryde he told me briefly about it but had to run to work ... it peaked my interest enough that I searched for it on google and after finding it I looked it up and registered. The first thing that came to my mind was on how everything had some detail to it ... you could tell people worked hard on the game and went to the point that if you held your mouse over something it told you what it was. So I of course found the new players guide ... it popped nice and easy into a new window so I could read it in one window and follow along what it was telling me to do in my DA window obviously this new players guide hide been tested by new players for new players for it was so easy to get started. Now I got myself into an arena but there was still thousands of untold questions building up in my mind for I was liking it so far but they weren't being answered so I went to the new players chat and I probably talked his ear off for at least 4 hours ( I remember talking to him about everything that I was going through for about 2 arenas LOL). He eventually got me into DD which is a cool home for my droid ... but I went about and talked to people in other corps for I wanted to get opinions on everything... ideas about this and about that. And pretty much everybody was so friendly and helpful it was awesome. What got me to love DA is the people .. granted I like the game a lot and would play it even if I couldn't chat with people but what got me to love it was the people ... they are awesome and so kind to try to get back to you about everything if their not available then. DA is not a game ... no it would be insulting it to call it just a game .. it is a community of friends. That is what makes this game That is what makes it worth paying a PAC for and That is what will keep me coming around season after season. I love being able to converse and chat with the people .. play with them... beat others against all odds... talk strategy ... help out new guys that are like myself... heck I would BBQ for everybody if I had the yard and the food. Well enough about that ... let's go play some DA and have some fun :) I hope to see you in an arena sometime. |
